Day Visitors
Day entry: $7 per vehicle inclusive of boat; paid with gold coins at boom gate from 5am
Pedestrians: $2 Per pedestrian, pay at office
Motorbikes: $2 Per bike, pay at office
Buses: $2 per person, pay at office
Day area to be vacated by 9pm
Day entry no later than 8pm
Swimming Area
Swim off the beach in our roped off area. Please be mindful that the pontoon is for boat access, no fishing is permitted. Swimming area drops off very quickly and there is the potential for submerged logs and rocks.
Boat Ramp
Cement boat ramp can accommodate 2 vehicles at a time . Pontoon is available for 5 min drop off/ pick up. No fishing is permitted from pontoon.
Park and Toilets
Fantastic park suitable for all ages with soft fall base.
We have 2 amenity toilet blocks, disabled access at both. Click here for location of shower and toilets. Please advise staff at time of booking if disabled shower is required as a key will need to be arranged.
Potable water is available free of charge from the taps at the rear of the amenity’s buildings. This water is for patrons only and must only be used to fill a drinking water container.
Office
Pop in the office for camping check-in and check-out.
Our kiosk has hot food, ice creams, hot and cold drinks and your camping basics in case you forget.
We have some fishing and boating gear for purchase as well as ice, firewood and Lake Lyell merchandise.

The Lake
Fish, water ski, 4WD, swim, canoe…..the list goes on! The Lake has plenty of fish including Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Australian Bass, Macquarie Perch, Goldfish and Redfin are the species found in Lake Lyell. Maratime and NSW Fisheries patrol the Lake regularly. Waterways rules and Regulations apply.
BBQ Area
Free under cover BBQ area with seating. No running water or wash up facilities. Clean up after use by patrons.
